Miranda Garner is an artist of the highest quality, with her sense of colour being compared with that of Henri Matisse.
For nearly a quarter of a century, Miranda has lived a life as a near recluse in Totnes, Devon, England, where she has quietly painted and tried to live in a world that she sometimes finds difficult to comprehend.
In her early life, Miranda spent time in Cadaques, where she mixed with some of the greatest artist of our times. In deed, it was Salvador Dali who bought her very first work. Her friendships during this period were with David Martin, Bob Venosa, Richard Hamilton, Dieter Roth, and the great great grand daughter of Henri Matisse Catherine Monnier.

Miranda has given the quality of life animal sanctuary exclusive rights to her first exhibition in as many years and will run from the 8th June to the 14th June 2009. a grand Jazz festival and Edwardian day will climax the weeks exhibition to which we give great thanks to all who will be involved.
